As a Health Coach, she is a “change agent,” helping you set and achieve health goals and build new habits that align with your values and sense of purpose. She works with people creating personalized Food and Lifestyle plans with a focus on Gut Health and Hormone Balance. Her additional skills as a professionally trained Chef afford her the ability to create meal plans and recipes that fall in line with your goals. Focus is on providing guidance, support and accountability by using her broad knowledge of Health and Wellness to help you create sustainable goals in areas such as Nutrition and Gut Health, Hormone Balance, Autoimmune Support, Exercise, Sleep, Stress and Anxiety Management, Relationships, and Recovery from Addiction(s).
