Tiffani Campbell
Tiffani Campbell is a North Carolina local whose passion for working and advocating for families was built during her time as a K-12 School Counselor in Wake and Durham Counties early in her career. She continued connecting with local families and businesses as the former owner and publisher of Raleigh Moms Blog. For more than five years, she shared and promoted information relevant to families and businesses in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill. Her emphasis on families, health, and wellness has been honed through being a micro influencer, entrepreneur, innovator, and former school counselor. She cares deeply about North Carolinian families and works diligently to support and inform them through marketing and event consulting.
Monica Cox
Monica Cox is a writer and Author Accelerator certified book coach. A former public and media relations executive, she now guides fiction writers through their writing and revision process. Her goal is to give writers the encouragement, feedback, and tools they need to keep writing, finish their manuscripts, and strengthen their craft along the way. Monica is a graduate of the Hussman School of Journalism and Media at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a proud member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association. Amy Foster
Creating impact by empowering others is one of Amy's fundamental core values. That passion for developing leaders has been a consistent driver in everything she does, professionally and personally. She is beyond thrilled to be involved with the Be Your Own Shero conference.
Amy spent 20 years in product development, strategic planning, client relationship building, and cross-team and leadership development in Corporate America. She took those skills to lead Student Engagement and the online MBA program at UNC- Kenan Flagler’s Business School.
Amy’s favorite role is Mom to a 13-year-old daughter, 2 cats (Venus and Milo) and beagle boy, Milton. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and any time she can get near water.
Laurie Jendrasiak
Laurie Jendrasiak is a mother of 3, to Laney, Adam, and Brooklyn, and resides in Apex North Carolina with her husband, Gordon Jendrasiak.
Originally from Port Allegany, PA, Laurie relocated to North Carolina to teach 3rd grade where she enjoyed a 10 year teaching career as well a “Teacher of The Year” nomination. In her current role, as a stay at home mom, Laurie enjoys coaching crossfit, managing property rentals, and giving back to the community in a variety of different ways. Laurie was introduced to Ruth in her role as Olive Chapel Elementary principal, and has been a supporter of her leadership style ever since.
In her free time, you’ll find her doing a variety of fitness related activities, spending time at the beach or lake, reading, and carpooling her kids to all the activities.
Lori Rutherford
I have been an educator and administrator in the Wake County Public School System for 30 years. After serving as an elementary school teacher, teacher mentor and instructional facilitator for a total of 20 years, I have spent the last decade as the Senior Administrator for Talent Recognition in the Human Resources Talent Management Department.
My work is focused around leading and coordinating a positive and caring culture, identifying strategies that ensure equitable recognition through various awards and celebrations that highlight the great work of teachers and other school district employees. Happiness starts one thought at a time!
I am a proud mother of two amazing children, whom I share with my supportive husband of 30 years. In my spare time, I love cooking, boating, visiting Ocean Isle Beach and taking long walks with my dog Cooper.
Shaina Schreuder
Shaina Schreuder is a mother of three wonderful children, whom she raises alongside her husband, Jason and the community she loves so much in Apex, NC. She is the founder and creative director of Doodling Pandas Creative, a branding and design agency, where she blends her lifelong passion for creative expression with strategic business thinking. With over 15 years of experience in branding and marketing, Shaina thrives at the intersection of art and business, using her expertise to help businesses align their brand and mission so that they can more effectively reach their ideal customers.
Carson Steidinger
With a passion for connecting with people, Carson Steidinger has spent her career working in both nonprofits and event marketing. Having grown up an athlete and working in the sport and entertainment industry, Carson maintains a competitive nature in every aspect of her life, fighting for what she believes. Advocating for women’s rights, challenging stereotypes, and ensuring all individuals have an equal voice are some of the fundamental beliefs she highly values, and motivates her to seek change both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Carson can be found enjoying the outdoors on a hike, taking a shot at pickleball, or reading a book. Born and raised in North Carolina, she has a love of both the mountains and the coast.
